This flooded store in Ontario, CA was the result of a clean water toilet overflow. In the first photo you can see the extent of how much water damaged the carpet. In the second photo you can see the store all dried up. The customer was devastated with what happened to her business but after she saw our crew and how fast and effectively we worked, she calmed down and seemed much more comfortable with the process.
