Why SERVPRO? Water Remediation

What do you do when your entire home floods? This unfortunately happened in Upland, CA due to heavy rain. The water started at first dripping from the ceiling and the home owners thought it was a minor leak so they just put a bucket underneath and waited it out until the rain subsided. Several days later they call us SERVPRO of Upland/San Antonio Heights. When we arrived we immediately noticed the humidity levels inside the home were above normal. We checked every wall and ceiling and since the customer didn't call us on time the water had spread from the ceiling all the way down the walls. The first photo was taken before taking out the wet drywall, and the second photo was taken several days after removing the drywall and cleanup. Luckily they did call SERVPRO of Upland/San Antonio Heights and we made it "Like it never even happened."
