This flooded dining room in Rancho Cucamonga, CA was the result of water intrusion from outdoor water sources, specifically from a storm. In the before photo we had marked the wet walls with blue tape to identify the wet areas for the environmental company to test for led and asbestos. The tests came out negative and so we opened the walls and removed wet insulation to allow for quicker and cleaner drying. The customer was pleased to have her home back to normal within a very short period of time. On the customer satisfaction form she provided we received all 10/10 on the survey sheet, she was very happy with our services.
