Why SERVPRO? Drying

This was a water damage at a home in Upland Ca. The result was water damage to the drywall, and as you can see in the photos, the studs behind the drywall was also affected. What many people don't think about is that if you see visible water damage on the exterior of the drywall, its most likely a lot more moist in the inside. The first photo shows the wood moisture is at a 100% moisture level, meaning the wood was very wet. In the second photo after SERVPRO of Upland/San Antonio Heights drying process, we were able to dry the area and get the wood to be at a normal moisture level. SERVPRO of Upland/San Antonio Heights again saves the day and makes it "Like it never even happened."
