Fires in Southern California

This summer has been a hot one here in Southern California. According to Verisk's wildfire risk analysis 4.5 million U.S. homes were identified at high or extreme risk of wildfire, with more than 2 million in California alone. Losses from wildfires added up to $5.1 billion over the past 10 years. From January 1 to July 30, 2019 there were 25,619 wildfires compared with 37,591 wildfires in the same period in 2018. The Mendocino complex fire broke out on July 27 in Northern California and grew to be the largest fire in state history with 459,123 acres burned. Homes all around California are at high risk during the summer time due to extreme heat so practice extreme caution. If you do end up unfortunately suffering from a fire loss, SERVPRO of Upland/San Antonio Heights are here to make it "Like it never even happened."
