Water damage in a commercial building can be really damaging to business. It can slow down production, it can cause people to feel more stressed at work, and also it can be a huge inconvenience. Most commercial buildings with carpet can be dried out without the removal of carpet partly because of the fact that there is no padding underneath the commercial carpeting.
